Refund and Returns Policy
Refund:
If you are not completely satisfied with your lettermanjackets.us purchase from the stock jackets due to quality, sizing or any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 10 days of purchase. if any mistake happens from you, we are not responsible for that. If happen any mistake from us we will happily refund you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. They must also be in their original packaging. We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
RETURN & EXCHANGE:
If we make a mistake, we will happily make it right and send you new jacket free of cost. If the customer makes any mistake, they need to send the jacket back to us and pay 50% of the original invoice, so we can send a new jacket. So, please be 100% sure of your size choice and your color choice of varsity jacket is right.
Shipping:
To return your product, please send an email to hello@lettermanjackets.us to obtain the relevant shipping information. You must pay your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Delivery fees are not refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you receive one. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
